Non-Refundable Purchases

1. Products and services granted through promotions, prizes, or other free means.
2. Software, Indicators, and EAs.
3. Courses after the first class session begins.
4. Other products and services that specifically state they are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Clients subscribed for more than one month in advance may opt to be refunded the remainder of their subscription, minus the present actual cost of the months used thus far, including the current month (if more than 1 week into the current monthly billing cycle).

When calculating the cost of the subscription time used so far, the regular monthly subscription price will be used, regardless of whether a promotional price was used for the original purchase.

Lifetime Memberships

Subscriptions with a "lifetime membership" will be honored as long as the company is in business. Lifetime memberships can be refunded on a pro-rated basis, using the regular monthly fee to subtract payment for time used so far.

If the product to which a lifetime user is subscribed is discontinued at some point in the future, they will be offered lifetime access to a different product of similar or greater value.
