usd-chfHello Traders

This is an update about USD/CHF 4 hour chart buy trade setup.

Trend is bullish in four hours time frame. Important support is present at 0.9520 price level. In my judgement, price is most likely going to drop now towards 0.9630 price level to print bearish Wave b. Wave b is going be a Flat or Triangle pattern. So, wait a bearish pull back and then look for a buy trade to join an up trend. However; if price action closes a bearish candlestick below 0.9520 support level then up trend will fail. In such case, I will stay out of the market and redo the 4 hours chart analysis of USD/CHF currency pair.

Hello traders and great to be back with you today Thursday as we approach the end of our trading week. Some quick notes before we look at the trade plan. The Brexit blast is cooling off and we are settling into some normal trading and trend. The markets across the globe are rebounding for the last two days as we see gold above 1300.00$ and the price of oil is just about to touch the 50.00$ P/B again. Traders we do have plenty of data in the London and U.S. session that could make for some good price action.

OK let us take a look at the GBPUSD as yesterday this pair had an up day and was at resistance at the start of the Asia session. We are now just 2 hours before the London open and we are below the daily pivot and the 55 EMA and looks really nice for a short entry just at the open. I would like to enter this trade at the price of 1.3389. We have than a wide open space to get to our take profit zone at the price of 1.3163. This trade look very nice and I will watch very close for the entry.

Thank you traders and we will talk soon…….William

EURUSD Forecast
The EURUSD had a bullish momentum yesterday topped at 1.1130. The bias is bullish in nearest term testing 1.1200 which is a good place to sell with a tight stop loss targeting 1.0700. Immediate support is seen around 1.1070. A clear break below that area could lead price to neutral zone in nearest term testing 1.1000. On the upside, a clear break and daily close back above 1.1200 would activate my wait and see mode as direction would become unclear.

GBPUSD Forecast
The GBPUSD attempted to push higher yesterday topped at 1.3533 but closed lower at 1.3422. The bias remains neutral in nearest term but as long as stay below 1.3650 my overall technical outlook remain strongly bearish as a result of Brexit referendum last week. Immediate support is seen around 1.3385. A clear break below that area could trigger further bearish pressure testing 1.3300 or lower.

USDJPY Forecast
The USDJPY was indecisive yesterday. The bias remains neutral in nearest term. As long as stay below 103.55 I still prefer a bearish scenario at this phase. Immediate support is seen around 102.50. A clear break below that area could trigger further bearish pressure testing 102.00 – 101.50 area.

USDCHF Forecast
The USDCHF failed to continue its bullish momentum yesterday and now still struggling around 0.9800. The bias is neutral in nearest term. Immediate support is seen around 0.9760. A clear break and daily close below that area could create a false breakout bearish scenario testing 0.9670 or lower. On the upside, we need a clear break and consistent movement above 0.9800 to keep the bullish phase remains strong targeting 1.0000 region.

Hello traders always good to be with you as we are still in a crazy market so be on alert at all times when in a trade. The past four days we have really seen very little price action and it is a slow and boring market. We have a Holiday on Monday July 4th and it looks to me as the traders saw the month and quarter end and decided to take the rest of the week off and come back on July 5th Tuesday. We have some high impact data in NY session and the ECB president is speaking at the US market open.

The pair we are looking at the EURJPY is a crazy trade plan and I feel we can get this done by the end of the U.S. session. We can see that this is a bearish trend and my focus is that 200 EMA and I would like to see price pull back to the 115.58 price level and look for a bearish candle pattern with conformation from a smaller time frame maybe the 30 minute. I am looking to take profit at the price level of 114.50 support is just below that price. This is a big pullback so it will take some time maybe have to place a entry order in if it gets to late to wait for price to get to our level. We traders just have to be patient with price action as it is sluggish the past few days.

Thank you traders and talk with you soon……William

EURUSD Forecast
The EURUSD attempted to push higher yesterday topped at 1.1111 but closed lower at 1.1063. The bias is neutral in nearest term but as long as stay below 1.1200 (daily EMA 200) my overall technical bias remains bearish targeting 1.0700 region. Immediate support is seen around 1.1035. A clear break below that area could trigger further bearish pressure testing 1.0970 or lower.
